Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to welcome Jeffrey P. Kapp to the firm’s real estate team.
Kapp advises his clients on a variety of complex commercial real estate and finance transactions. He represents real estate owners, business owners, and developers in the development, financing, leasing, and acquisition/disposition of their projects. In addition, he regularly counsels his clients on any issues relating to their business such as entity formation, corporate governance, joint venture and partnership agreements, business operations, contracts, and business and asset sales and acquisitions.
Kapp is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Law Review, and he earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
