4 New Associates Join Aronberg Goldgehn

Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa is pleased to announce that Benjamin Haskin, Kristine Kolky, Shaun Sperling and Adam Vail have recently joined the firm as associates. “As we are celebrating our 120th year anniversary in 2012, it is very exciting to continue to grow and hire talented attorneys.  Just in the past year, we have hired a total of six new attorneys, including Member Cynde Munzer and Associate Brianna Sansone,” said co-managing member, John Riccione.

 

Benjamin Haskin, a former law clerk with the firm is now an associate in the Commercial Litigation department.  Ben represents business clients in connection with various complex litigation, including employment and contract disputes. Mr. Haskin earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.  While in law school, Benjamin earned a CALI award in advocacy for outstanding legal writing and participated in the Vis Moot competition in Hong Kong. 

 

Kristine Kolky, a member of Commercial Litigation and Commercial Workouts and Foreclosure departments, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including commercial real estate foreclosure and creditor’s rights litigation. Kris represents financial institutions and other lenders in litigation arising out of commercial transactions, contract disputes, and real estate matters. She has extensive experience representing lenders in courts throughout Illinois.  Kris also regularly represents court-appointed receivers and property managers in various litigation including construction, eviction and building/zoning litigation.

Ms. Kolky earned her B.A. in Political Science from University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.

Shaun Sperling, a member of the Commercial Litigation and Commercial Workouts and Foreclosure departments, focuses his practice on creditor’s rights matters, including complex commercial mortgage foreclosures. Shaun regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in resolving disputes arising out of contracts, commercial mortgages, notes, guarantees and other credit instruments. Shaun also has experience  litigating various other commercial  matters, including matters arising out of contract disputes and real estate transactions.

Mr. Sperling earned his B.A. in Theatre/Communications with a Minor in French from Bradley University and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School.

Adam Vail, a member of the Commercial Litigation and Commercial Workouts and Foreclosure departments, concentrates his practice on handling a range of creditor’s rights matters and complex commercial mortgage foreclosures. He regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in resolving disputes arising out of contracts, commercial mortgages, notes, guarantees and other credit instruments. 


Mr. Vail earned his B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School.
