SSN GROUP participates in EUR 2.3bn portfolio of GERCH

 

SSN GROUP AG, based in Switzerland, purchases the majority shareholding of GERCH GROUP in GERCH Development GmbH. No information on the purchase price has been disclosed. With this, SSN GROUP participates in nine major Real Estate projects with a total investment volume of EUR 2.3bn. This is one of the biggest Real Estate development portfolios in Germany and triples the current project volume of SSN GROUP AG.
