Wendel Rosen Lands Trusts & Estates Authority Monica Dell’Osso

Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the region, welcomes Monica Dell’Osso as a partner to its Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Dell’Osso was most recently a partner at Burnham Brown, heading their Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group.

“Monica has long term and substantial experience in trust and estate law, having focused in this area during her entire career. Dell’Osso has more than 35 years of experience in trust and estate law and is a certified specialist in the field. She focuses her practice on estate and gift tax planning, estate and trust administration, and contested matters relating to estates and trusts. Dell’Osso routinely represents clients in will and trust contests, heirship claims and surcharge actions against fiduciaries. She prepares complex estate plans that utilize sophisticated techniques for effective wealth transfer. Dell’Osso writes and lectures on a wide range of topics relating to the trusts and estates field.

Dell’Osso is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Advisory Board of the UCLA-CEB Estate planning Institute.  She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia (1989), her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (1981) and her B.A., summa cum laude, from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College (1971).
