Apperson Crump Utilizes LNA Network in Acquisition of Hotels

Apperson Crump PLC (“Apperson Crump”) thanks member firms of the Legal Netlink Alliance (“Network”) for their representation as local counsel in the acquisition and purchase of various hotels located throughout the Southeastern region scheduled to close in February 2015. With hotel properties located across eleven states, Apperson Crump retained member firms to serve as local counsel in issuing lender’s opinion letters among other legal matters. This transaction has allowed Apperson Crump to cultivate relationships with new member firms through compensable work while also providing quality legal counsel to Apperson Crump’s clients. We look forward to future opportunities to work with members of the Network, as this experience has affirmed our belief that this Network is comprised of high level attorneys offering a breadth of experience and expertise unique to the legal landscape.
