Michael A. Colton Joins McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams as Of Counsel

The Law Firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael A. Colton has accepted an invitation to join the firm as Of Counsel.

With more than forty years’ experience, Mr. Colton practices primarily in Trusts and Estates, Taxation, and Corporate Law.  Prior to becoming Of Counsel with the firm Mr. Colton headed his own firm specializing in estate planning, estate administration and personal taxation.

“We welcome Michael to the firm,” said Peter Pastore, managing principal, “his extensive experience and downstate client base adds to our Trusts & Estates, Taxation, and Business Law Practice areas.”

With a client base primarily in the metropolitan New York City area, Mr. Colton provides estate planning, estate administration and federal, state and local tax planning for high wealth individuals.  The nature of his practice has involved extensive experience in general business and corporate matters and he provides general business and legal counsel to both large and small businesses in all industries.

Mr. Colton received his Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law in 1969, and J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1966.  He received his B.A in English from New York University Washington Square College of Arts and Sciences in 1963.
