Attorney Christopher J. Konieczny participates in Start Up Law Day

Christopher J. Konieczny, Attorney with McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C., participated in Albany Law School’s “Startup Law Day” held on September 13, 2014.  Mr. Konieczny provided free legal consultations to early-stage businesses and entrepreneurs attending the event. 

 

“Startup Law Day” is part of a series of events focused on helping entrepreneurs and innovators start and grow their business.  Other schools participating in the program to further entrepreneurship, job creation and economic development in the Capital Region include RPI, Siena, HVCC, University @ Albany, and Skidmore College. 

 

Mr. Konieczny practices in the Firm’s Business and Tax Departments, providing counsel on general business law, mergers and acquisitions, startups and entity selection.
