Norman Klick Selected as Member of Prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Carruthers & Roth, P.A. is pleased to announce that Director and Shareholder Norman F. Klick, Jr. has been selected as a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA’s membership is widely recognized as constituting a “Who's Who" of the nation’s preeminent trial lawyers, entry into which is on an invitation-only basis.

 

ABOTA membership is one of the nation’s highest honors for trial lawyers. Prospective members of the ABOTA must have at least five years of active experience as trial lawyers, have tried at least 10 civil jury trials to conclusion and possess additional litigation experience, and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism.

Norman is a civil litigator who represents medical professionals, insurance companies, businesses and individuals in matters involving professional liability and commercial disputes. He has successfully defended numerous medical malpractice claims and other matters in jury trials and arbitrations across the state. He also has successfully argued cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court. Norman received his B.A. from North Carolina State University in 1994 and his J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1997.
