Summary Judgment Victory for Levee District

The firm won an important $1.8 million delinquent tax judgment on behalf of a St. Charles County, Missouri levee district.  The judgment established the priority of the levee district’s tax lien over the deeds of trust of a major national bank and rejected the bank’s challenge to the formation of the levee district and the validity of its taxes.  The court ruled in favor of the firm's client on all issues.  John Gianoulakis, Bob Murray and Leo Human represented the levee district.
