Shelly Finkelstein will moderate a program on E-Discovery at the Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum on June 25, 2014 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The program will cover a range of timely topics of interest to in-house legal counsel. The E-Discovery Topics will include:

• Developments in federal and state law, including the status of the law regarding the use of predictive coding
