Serge Wilinski, Rémy Blain et toute l’équipe de WSA...
...are delighted to announce the creation of Marvell, their new firm, following the merger with LSK, a law firm founded by Jean-Louis Lasseri in 1988.
The 2 firms know each other well, and their merger is a natural choice given their close cultural and working relationship, the desire to work together and the many synergies in terms of their relevant practices.
Marvell is an audacious and ambitious adventure: a law firm with strong team ethics, unfailing commitment to its clients, and above all a primarily pragmatic approach to business law.
Marvell is dedicated to assisting its clients (companies, investors, project leaders and managers) in all their company and business affairs, and is organised around 4 departments: - The Corporate Finance department includes mergers & acquisitions, private equity (fund raising, venture capital, capital development, LBO) and financial regulation. The team is composed of 11 lawyers, including 4 partners, 1 counsel and 6 associates. - The Employment department assists clients with all aspects of employment, social security law and restructuring operations, with a team of 10 lawyers including 3 partners and 7 associates. - The Commercial department comprises 8 lawyers (3 partners, 2 counsels and 4 associates) and is dedicated to commercial & criminal litigation, distribution law, IP & new technologies. - The Tax department includes 1 counsel and 1 senior associate, who support companies and their managers with advice and litigation support for all tax issues.
