David Bradley Olsen of Henson & Efron Appointed to Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure

MINNEAPOLIS (July 22, 2013) – – David Bradley Olsen , business law and litigation attorney at Minneapolis law firm Henson & Efron, has been appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2013. He is one of 18 appointed to this prestigious position.
The Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing the rules of civil appellate procedure and proposing modifications to those rules. As part of the Advisory Committee, Olsen’s primary work will focus on proposed or necessary modifications to the appellate rules to accommodate electronic filing and service in the appellate courts.
