Alaska Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal from a Favorable Result in Case Against Bliss, Wilkens & Clayton Client

The Alaska Supreme Court recently dismissed an appeal from a favorable result in a case against Tamarack Air, LTD, a client of LNA member firm Bliss, Wilkens & Clayton.  Al Clayton defended Tamarack at trial and on appeal defeating  unsupported lost profits and loss of use claims allegedly arising out of damage to the wings of an aircraft.
