Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP Welcomes Neal S. Krokosky

Milwaukee, WI - February 18, 2013 - Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP is pleased to welcome new associate, Neal S. Krokosky. His current practice centers around commercial and employment litigation matters, though his prior experience in trial court is rather varied. Mr. Krokosky obtained the first dismissal of a Title III (A.D.A.) claim brought against a health care provider based on the exemption set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 12187 and has experience defending claims including: breach of contract; discrimination; asbestos; medical malpractice; and general liability.
Mr. Krokosky is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., 2009) and American University (B.A., summa cum laude, 2004; M.A., 2006). While at law school, he volunteered for the Legal Information Center and served as submissions’ editor and cite-checker for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. He also has clerked for both the Wisconsin Department of Justice (Office of Consumer Protection) and the Oneida Appeals Commission a/k/a the Oneida Tribal Judicial System. He has had scholarly works published in the Wisconsin Civil Trial Journal, with a forthcoming piece to be published in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.
He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Shoshone & Arapaho Tribal Courts. Mr. Krokosky is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
