Mastering Mediation and Conflict Management – A Training Course Organized by Maluquer Advocats in Conjunction With ISDE

Through this initiative Maluquer Advocats once again shows its pre-eminence in conflict management both in court cases and by means of other A.D.R. systems, such as Mediation and Arbitration.
This course, due to start in April 2013, will be led by Alessandro Pieralli, Lawyer and Mediator in Italy and Spain.
The aim of the course is to train professionals in the acquisition of the knowledge and skills needed to mediate conflicts arising in different fields; to improve the participants’ communication, negotiation and conflict management abilities and techniques as well as promote the culture of mediation and other A.D.R. systems.
