Bannerman & Johnson Announces New Firm Shareholder

BANNERMAN & JOHNSON, P.A. is pleased to announce that REBECCA L. AVITIA has become a Shareholder in the firm. A New Mexico native, Ms. Avitia graduated from Columbia Law School in 2006. Since returning to New Mexico from New York in 2008, Ms. Avitia has served as President of the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association and Vice Chair of the ABA Health Law Section’s Healthcare Litigation and Risk Management Interest Group. She is currently continuing to serve on the NMHBA’s Board, and now also serves on the Board of WESST Corp. and as Co-Chair of the ABA Health Law Section’s Membership Committee. In early December, Ms. Avitia also welcomed the arrival of her second child.
