Henson & Efron Attorney Re-elected as VP of MN Board of Nursing
MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 13, 2012) – The Minnesota Board of Nursing, the state’s second-largest health licensing board, re-elected Henson & Efron shareholder Stuart T. Williams as its vice president to a full-year term for 2013.
The Minnesota Board of Nursing is responsible for licensing and regulating morethan 110,000 nurses and all nursing school programs in the state of Minnesota. Williams has served as a member of the board since July 2010. The mission of the Minnesota Board of Nursing is to protect the public's health and safety by providing reasonable assurance that the people who practice nursing are competent, ethical practitioners with the necessary knowledge and skills appropriate to their title and role.
Williams is a shareholder working in the business litigation group at Henson & Efron, a firm specializing in corporate, litigation, family, estate planning and real estate law. He also currently serves on the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and the Minnesota Lawyers Board of Professional Responsibility.
