Four Attorneys Included in Super Lawyers from Gross & Welch Law Firm

September 19, 2012 (Omaha, Nebraska) - The Omaha law firm of Gross & Welch is pleased to announce that attorneys Thomas A. Grennan, Michael J. Mooney, Steven E. Achelpohl and David C. Nelson were recently selected for inclusion in Great Plains Super Lawyers 2012.

Thomas A. Grennan graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1978. His practice focuses on business litigation, insurance litigation and personal injury litigation. 

Michael J. Mooney graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1963. He practices civil litigation with a heavy emphasis on professional liability and has many years of experience in medical and hospital malpractice. 

Steven E. Achelpohl graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1975. He practices civil litigation, business law, white collar criminal law, and appellate practice. 

David C. Nelson graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1988. He practices business law, real estate law, commercial transactions, and secured lending.
