Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce the arrival of Associate, Kari Hoelting, to the firm.
Kari Hoelting, formerly with Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP, joins Aronberg Goldgehn’s business organizations and transactions group as an associate. She concentrates her practice on corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate formation and governance matters, private debt and equity offerings and contractual and general business matters. Kari received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from The University of Iowa and obtained her Juris Doctor from Washington School of Law.
