2 Attorneys Join Aronberg Goldgehn
Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa is pleased to announce that Tal Izraeli and Danica Werhand have joined the firm as associates
Tal Izraeli, formerly with Mayer Brown, is now an associate in the Corporate, Real Estate and Banking practice groups. Tal’s practice in commercial real estate has focused on acquisitions, dispositions, various types of lending and financing transactions, leasing, and creating and structuring investment entities in connection with these transactions. Tal has represented lenders as well as borrowers in commercial mortgage, construction, unsecured loan transactions, the real estate components of asset and stock purchase transactions, and buyers and sellers of distressed real estate loans. Tal also has significant experience representing lending clients in connection with asset based and cash-flow lending transactions. In addition, Tal has extensive national leasing experience, having represented landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, industrial, and retail space, due diligence and lease amendment and termination negotiations and documentation.
Mr. Izraeli earned his B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University, his Juris Doctor from Depaul University College of Law and his LLM in Real Estate from John Marshall Law School.
Danica Werhand, formerly with Klein, Daday, Aretos & O’Donoghue, LLC, joins Aronberg Goldgehn’s Commercial Litigation, Banking, Commercial Workouts and Foreclosure practice groups as an associate. Danica focuses her practice on handling creditor’s rights matters, including complex commercial foreclosures. Danica regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in resolving disputes arising out of commercial mortgages, notes, guarantees and other credit instruments. She also has experience litigating various other commercial matters, including contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, evictions and construction litigation.
Danica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University-Bloomington and obtained her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
