Kevin O'Dowd Joins the Law Weathers Litigation Team

Law Weathers is pleased to announce that Kevin O’Dowd has joined the firm, effective May 1, 2012.   Kevin has a strong and diverse background in commercial, municipal and business litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate/land use, contractual disputes and business tort/trade secret litigation.

 

Kevin is a past president of the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan, past president of the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Michigan and former Trustee of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.  Kevin is the recipient of the Litigation Section’s Distinguished Service Award, and was recognized in Michigan Super Lawyers 2011 under Business Litigation, Construction and Land Use/Zoning Litigation.  Kevin is also a certified Mediator in both state and federal courts. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Purdue University and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
